Fantastic experience: I ordered a luxury, neutral bouquet of sympathy flowers for a friend of mine during a very sensitive and difficult time, and the arrangement created by Blooms n Blossoms was absolutely beautiful! The flowers were stunning, thoughtfully arranged, and delivered promptly. My friend loves them and was so grateful. Thank you for creating something so beautiful and meaningful. I would highly recommend this florist.

Negative experience: communicated with the owner “Mayah” she was speaking rudely to me about a hall being rinsed out. wasn’t treated nice by the staff and the food was dry

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a professional skilled florist, who provides a friendly service with a personal touch and goes the extra mile to ensure that your order is perfect then look no further. Jade also has the two most beautiful business representatives… her gorgeous cockapoos! I would not go anywhere else for a personal approach to a flower order or for teacher gifts at the end of the year or Christmas time. She also provided the most beautiful memorial for my Dad. She really does it all!

Fantastic experience: Jade at Blooms N Blossoms is by far the best florist I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Every time I have gone to her for flowers, whether for a sad or happy occasion, she listens to exactly what you need and produces the most wonderful floral displays. I also love the way she in constant contact with her customers, on social media using posts and wonderful raffles etc, always showing her wonderful creations, and fabulous gift ideas available in her lovely store. I cannot say enough about this wonderful business and the fabulous lady that runs it. Highly Recommend :-)

Fantastic experience: Jade and her team are so caring and hard working to go above and beyond with the care in their work. Each arrangement whether for a funeral or a special event or occasion for someone each arrangement is made with love and care. What I really like about Blooms and Blossoms is that Jade makes amazing raffles Jade puts on and not only flower arrangements. There is a special cabinet that hosts beautiful Belgium chocolates there which really are so many to choose from I highly recommend to get yourselves a box or two there really is so much choice . Then there are the bath bombs and Honey & Biscuit goodies if you haven’t been yet make time to pop in. There is always a warm and friendly welcome.

Fantastic experience: I have been purchasing flowers for a special little boy for years from Blooms n Blossoms Each creation is beautiful and different. Jade is super friendly, the shop is just gorgeous and stocked with all sorts of goodies from gorgeous smelling bath bombs to delicious chocolates.(Bonus beautiful pups as well to fawn over. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I just wish I lived nearer so I could visit more. The absolute best ❤️

Negative experience: Incredibly disgusting staff, I had paid £65 for a delivery order for my girlfriend and given them my girlfriend’s phone number so she can pick it up as I’m out of the country at the moment. When I had woken up I saw that the flowers were delivered but did not recognize the door that the picture was taken in front of. I asked my girlfriend to call to try to solve the issue and the person who picked up made a racist comment, when my girlfriend was offended the woman started arguing with her and acting incredibly rude. She is also making up stories about how it was hard to get into girlfriends building and how they called the number and a man picked up but again this is impossible as my girlfriend and her building reception didn’t see anyone collect flowers. Now we are out of the money, no flowers and my girlfriend is extremely upset after dealing with this racist woman who made what was meant to be a sweet moment of my girlfriend receiving flowers to be an incredibly stressful moment.

Fantastic experience: I ordered from interflora today after having a nightmare with my mums flowers on mothers day from a different come 'prestigue flowers', i was dreading everything because i was scared of paying again a different place for it to happen again, however blooms n blossoms delivered to my mother and the flowers ARE INSANELY BEAUTIFUL. The women even rang me and she was so lovely and friendly on the phone, honestly you restored my faith in ordering flowers again. Thank you so much for such an a amazing quick delivery same day!! Honestly i appreciate you so much what an amazing place!!! I don't know if you are interflora or you work on there behalf, but please do reply to this and let me know because if your working for them id rather ring you going forward and paying you because i honestly appreciate you as a company so much. I ordered flowers a lot, so it would be ideal to have a florist thats so reliable like yourselves.

Fantastic experience: My favourite florist. Staff are always very friendly and polite, the flowers are always beautiful - and sometimes they have some creative bouquets (like the Kinder Christmas chocolate one!) Would not go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Not suprised with the other 1 star reviews. Purchased flowers on behalf of someone else, who was unhappy with what was given for the pricr. Very rude, nasty, disrespectful staff who refuse to help or change the flowers to make customer happy. Never purchasing from here again. Overpriced and not worth it at all

Negative experience: For my 40th my family sent flowers through Interflora and it arrived via this company.When my sister saw the images of the flowers I received, her heart sank.They were terrible! Not worth the £47 she paid for them.More like £6 bunch of flowers from a supermarket.Interflora were shocked and apologised profusely before sending her a full refund the day they received her email.This goes to show how poor the service was.Also the handwritten note looked like it was written by a child..extremely scruffy! Never will we have anything to do with this florist!

Blooms and Blossoms delivered the most beautiful bouquet to her on the same day that we ordered. She was speechless. The colors used were exactly as pictured online, the choice and freshness of flowers were first class. Fantastic experience: Great customer service from your local florist. They have a wide variety of flowers and potted plants. If you get a bouquet made, get the ladies to spray it with the golden glitter - it adds a great sparkle to the flowers. The florist have been there for many years and are a local treasure in the community

Positive experience: Ordered a bouquet for my mum's 80th birthday last week, but have to say that I was very disappointed with it when I collected it. It really didn't resemble the photo in their brochure, was smaller than I'd expected, & looked less than spectacular in the plain brown paper they'd wrapped round the flowers to then plonk in a plain pink gift bag! Whilst they did offer to re-do the bouquet for me, I didn't have the time to wait as I was collecting it to take to my mum's party. Quite frankly, I would have been better off paying £15 - £20 for a hand-tied bouquet from a supermarket considering what I got for the £30 I spent here!!
