Fantastic experience: My partner was having a bit of a rough week so I wanted to cheer her up by purchasing flowers - I’ve never bought flowers before so I didn’t really know what to go for. When I called in on the Thursday, I mentioned this and the lady was brilliant!! Talked me through what option she would recommend and really sold it to me. I collected them the following day after work and they were absolutely beautiful! - my partner was over the moon with them!! She wouldn’t stop commenting on how much she loved them and it worked a treat by putting a huge smile on her face. Thank you so much for your advice and help. Would highly recommend and use 100% again in the future.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service

Fantastic experience: Jess was very helpful on the phone when placing order, the delivery driver was happy and was polite and prewarmed the flowers may be heavy with the water. The bouquet of flowers was beautiful and my wife loved them they looked fresh and vibrant. I called at 8.30am and delivered by 10.30am same day Thank you very much guys.

Fantastic experience: I purchased some flowers here for my mums birthday. This is the first time i’d brought from this florist - i informed the florist my budget and to free rein on the bouquet. They were made immediately - i left the florist but wasn’t sure on the colours within the bouquet. I called the florist to ask if i can change some of the pink for another colour as i felt my mum would prefer green/white. I turned up 5 minutes later to the most perfect and beautiful bouquet which was exactly what i wanted - i wish i showed a picture the first time to save the lovely lady time! I just paid the extra on some additional flowers. I was blown away by the kindness of the lady who clearly puts the happiness of her customers first! I will defo be purchasing from this florist again! Thankyou very much! X

Negative experience: After hearing great things I booked my bridal flowers and I was so disappointed with them. I offered to come in to show ideas but instead I was called whilst at work and told to send through Instagram whilst on the phone which I thought wasn't very professional. When I received them on the day they just looked closed up roses with some brown around the edges nothing what I thought a professional place would send. My bridesmaid flowers from elsewhere looked better than mine.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a dozen red roses on line for delivery to a relative. She is thrilled, she said they are absolutely gorgeous, so much so, she is going to eventually press and frame them to hang them on a wall because she wouldnt be able to throw them out. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Hubbards arranged the funeral flowers for my husband. The arrangements looked stunning and flowers were in great condition and looked beautiful in each of the arrangements. I would not hesitate to use them again, although hopefully in happier circumstances.

Original order couldn't be forfilled however Hubbards were very helpful in offering a substitute to which my wife said was 1 of the best bouquets she has ever received. Popped in yesterday to get some flowers for my cousin birthday/anniversary off his passing, and I asked if they could add blue for me along with cream, I waited around 10-15 minutes the service is honestly outstanding the staff are so helpful an so polite. Positive experience: Flowers arrived late for my sons wedding so couldn't put on until got to the church all the rainbow gupsilia were beautiful but my wrist bracelet turned brown at edges during service and fell apart before speeches alot of money was spent on the flowers and was started as a lovely morning ended up stressful as bride kept worrying and looking out window so can't give 5 stars I am afraid

Fantastic experience: Charlotte and the team did a brilliant job with our wedding flowers for October 2022. The prices were more than reasonable and communication was brilliant throughout. We probably weren't the easiest customers as we had no real ideas, other than something autumnal and it couldn't contain dried grains like wheat, rye, etc. What they put together was truly amazing and we've dried out some of the bridal bouquet and sent some off for preservation. Since I ordered from out of the country, and could not call due to long distance charges and etc, I messaged them on Instagram, and they were very quick to respond. I didn't realize they were closed on Sundays, and I messaged with my 100 questions, and they were super patient with me, and still replied even though they were closed! Amazing! Negative experience: Never received any confirmation that my order even got to the funeral home. Not a picture of the funeral service flowers I ordered from out of state and it was the worst experience ever. No customer service skills from the lady who called me letting me no there was a mishap with my order. I would take my business elsewhere and not order from here ever again.UPDATE- So I get a response from the florist that since I ordered last minute they were just checking if everything is correct. HOWEVER, I live in the states there is a time difference, BUT that does not matter. If you can't complete an order then add restrictions to your website. You took 300$ dollars from me and when I was watching the funeral of my beloved uncle who passed away I was disheartened that the floral arrangements that I had bought for him where NO WHERE TO BE SEEN IN THE FUNERAL HOME. I would have rather then this company accuse me of being unfair, notice how frustrating it is that the flowers were not there. And the company continuously states that they do not take pictures of their arrangements its company policy. If they would've went about in a better way, like getting the arrangements that they "supposedly" delivered to the Uncles home for his family or something. I was given no confirmation who the arrangement went to nothing at all. And I am being told to take my review down. Once something is done then I will but other than that I am so dissatisfied with this company and their policies. BEWARE

Negative experience: Flowers arrived ( Am) after asking for 13.00 pm delivery and we asked for a picture too see them before delivery ( no joy ) even after calling them on the morning, then finding out that they had already been delivered by recipient . Flowers good .service bad . We order on behalf of clients .So at this time no repeat business ,hence asking for a picture.

Negative experience: Terrible, sent the wrong flowers and used the excuse of the actual flowers that I ordered not being available and "should not come up on the website as it is a Mother’s Day product". The item I originally ordered was on the website until I sent an e-mail complaining.
