Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the Flower Cellar, I have used there services for all acations over several years now. They never disappoint me supplying beautiful arrangements and very reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: So after 20 years of marriage, celebrating anniversaries, birthdays and valentines the number of flower bouquets I’ve ordered really adds up. As a typical man I used the easy option of picking the big companies online, although they advertise brilliantly and sell you the product as the best money can buy, the flowers you receive rarely match the pictures online and more so I found they tend to wither and die very quickly. So I looked for local flower shops and found some to be very good but not always consistent with the quality. Then one valentines in a frantic search of flower shops in Coventry looking for a same day bouquet I found the flower cellar. From the moment you walk into the place you just feel at ease and can’t help but to stare at the most beautiful bouquets prepped and ready to go. The real stars though are Jayne and Mandy, and you can see how their personalities are reflected in the shop. Warm, welcoming and vibrant. With their help and I must say they went the extra mile they arranged me a bouquet even though they were rushed off their feet. Since then I’ve never shopped anywhere else for flowers and recommend them to anyone who wants flowers ordered with love, expertise and are picture perfect for any occasion.

My dad wanted to send me some flowers into my work place but I wasn’t there at the time, so rather than just leave them, they ended up traveling around half of Cov in the snow to find me at my other site! You can’t get better than this really can you ❤️ and it just so happened the flowers were some of the best I’ve ever had!

Fantastic experience: The Flower Cellar is a fantastic place that will listen to your needs, accommodate them but also offer their ideas, thoughts and expertise to perfect the choice. My recent wreath was from a local football team to our coach and his family. The team colours were used, and a member of the team also went above and beyond to produce the team crest to go on the wreath and the card. Was a great personal touch which was noticed. Was delivered on time and didn't need to worry about anything once ordered. Would 100% recommend for any occasion.

I came to them.with an order for the lilly coffin spray and lettering for my uncles funeral that was to be done within a matter of days , I also come to them with an idea that I wanted a simpson tribute and what they produced was unbelievable. The care and attention to detail was phenomenal. The simpson tribute was so special I loved that mandy and jayne put so much thought into creating it for me . Not only is thier work unreal they are the most lovely ladies and you can tell they really care about you as an individual and want to do the best for you . Fantastic experience: Needed to send roses to someone special in Coventry UK From the United States. Looked up shops near Coventry and found this gem with over 100 5 star reviews on Google. Called them on Monday with a very specific order to be delivered on Friday. Jayne from the Flower Cellar was incredible. The roses were delivered as ordered and on time. Fantastic experience: Our experience in the shop was sensational from start to finish! We went in with a rough idea of what we wanted and Jayne gave us everything and more! The 2 bouquets we left with were exquisite, and exactly what we wanted - despite us not being 100% sure what we wanted when we walked in! Fantastic experience: I ordered my dads funeral flowers as I've had bouquets for my workplace in the past and they were always gorgeous. When the hearse pulled up and I saw the flowers I can honestly say we all as a family were taken aback at how beautiful they were. Even though it's such a sad occasion I was getting compliments on his flowers, so I can only thank Jayne and her staff for the beautiful arrangement.

Fantastic experience: The customer service was amazing, we asked to get some floral tributes as the other florist not naming names forgot to send the flower to the funeral so I seen on Google that the florist called flower celler had really good reviews and though I will give this florist ago, I am really happy as the flowers were amazing and took the lady In the shop a afternoon to do from ordering which we a really thankful for, will deffo use this shop again.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to send some flowers to my mum who has had a hard time lately and as I don’t live nearby I had to trust a local florist. What an absolute gem I found! I called at quarter to 5 to request flowers for the next day, the lady who took the order was great and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful and exceptional customer service from Jayne who created the most beautiful sympathy bouquet for a friend of mine. I am not local to this florist, however Jayne's customer service over the phone was absolutely exceptional - she was so friendly and accommodating, and she took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as go through different options for the bouquet etc. She went above and beyond and even sent over loads of photos and videos of the bouquet via WhatsApp to ensure I was happy with the flowers prior to their delivery. Fantastic experience: If you ever need flowers, the Flower Cellar Shop in Coventry is the place to go (or call, as I did from the United States!). The staff are extremely helpful, going out of their way to make sure your every need is taken care of. They listen to what you want and provide the perfect vision and end product. I asked for something special for my mum's 90th birthday celebration. The flowers were stunning! A centerpiece 'Black Rose' was the talk of the family gathering. My mum (Rose) was called 'Roisin Dubh' by her dad nearly 90 years earlier. Of course my mum loved this sentiment and the 'nod' to her dad. Speedy delivery with a later delivery slot to make sure my poorly friends husband was home from work to answer the door so she didn’t miss her delivery. The lovely ladies also sent me pictures of the beautiful flowers, so I was able to pass on and show the flowers to the rest of the group who had contributed to the bouquet. Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful service from Jayne and Mandy. I had approached a few florists to get a funeral spray for a relative's funeral - many who did not respond or did not explain the process clearly as I have never sent funeral flowers before. However, Jayne and Mandy came back to me very quickly and the whole order was sorted within one day which relieved a lot of stress at a sad time. They have provided me with a photograph of the flowers (which are beautiful!!) and have arranged to deliver them to the funeral home in time for the funeral tomorrow. Their prices are very fair - perhaps a little too fair!! I just cannot thank you both enough - highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I would VERY highly recommend Flower Cellar for their excellent customer service in helping to create a wonderful bouquet for my good friends 40th Birthday. I am quite picky when it comes to flowers and can say that the lady J (won’t mention full name for privacy) did a fabulous job. She created a stunning bouquet with the Wow factor! I saw and photo with a very happy smiling friend and they look really beautiful, and the attention to detail in the wrapping and packaging really showed them off to their full beauty. The lady created them for me at short notice and also delivered them when I asked which was very kind of her. If you are thinking of a florist in Coventry, do not hesitate to call them and look at their website also, but whatever your needs are whether for a special birthday or a cheer up or for a more sad occasion I can tell you for sure that you will be very well taken care of and be very pleased with what she creates.
