Fantastic experience: My children surprised me with a beautiful Christmas hat box. I'm absolutely delighted with it it's so fresh and beautiful,thank you! We've used Daisy's before and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing lady!!! I CANNOT recommend Daisy's flower boutique enough. I turned up yesterday asking for "MUM" flowers at very short notice (needed them for in two hours). This was for a Muslim funeral which many will know happen very soon after a tragic event. Unfortunately Grandma's flowers were not organised but Daisy's boutique really did step in and save the day. I was praised throughout the day for sorting the flowers but the glory was really not mine and I made sure everyone knew that. I don't recommend arranging flowers this way but I 1000% recommend this florist.

Positive experience: Didn't have yellow freesias, but neither did any florist in a ten mile rsdius

My requirements were not the norm in terms of a wreath but Suzanne worked tirelessly with me on a daily basis via WhatsApp (as don't live in Coventry) The result was absolutely stunning with many many compliments. Suzanne's artistry and passion really shone through in the finished product. The price was extremely affordable and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. Fantastic experience: We have used Daisy flower shop for a while now but more so these last few weeks due to two deaths in the family the flowers are always fresh very professionally complete and beautiful. The staff are also very professional and caring of the little details nothing is a problem.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers a day before, payed £40 including delivery and they cancelled on me on the day it was supposed to be delivered! Didn’t even bother sending an email or offering an alternative. Rubbish customer service and reliability. Don’t order flowers from here because they won’t deliver on time or they will cancel on you .

Fantastic experience: My wife ordered a bouquet on short notice for her colleague whose father passed away in November 2022. We were extremely pleased with the whole service we experienced at every step as it was delivered on the same day of placing the order. Her colleague was very happy with the beautiful arrangement she received and said that her mum was also going to use it as inspo for the main funeral service.

Positive experience: Valentines flowers were as described so I won't knock the product however I was let down by poor communications from the florist regarding delivery times which ultimately led to my partner receiving valentine's flowers on the 15th of Feb. Shoddy customer services, I will take my business elsewhere !

She was able to advise on the most appropriate arrangements keeping in mind the ‘look’ that was trying to be achieved. She was friendly, professional, patient and accommodating, even when dealing with last minute changes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Daisy’s and will definitely be using them again for all my floristry needs.
