Fantastic experience: Amazing florist and the only one I ever order flowers from anymore. Huge selection that is updated on the regular and prices are on par with other flower shops for the creations they have. Used to go with online flower companies and there is no reason to do this when you have a local florist with such a quality selection. Have ordered numerous times and only had to use customer support once and they were great. Flowers have always arrived on time.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the get well bouquet that was delivered on our behalf for a sick family member. First picture shows what I wanted and second displays what was delivered. Notice - the varying heights of the flower bouquet is not present. The one they delivered doesn’t have the finesse of the one I chose from their website. I even upgraded to their most premium version. Super disappointing.

Fantastic experience: The process was easy, updates were great and most importantly Mom was ecstatic. My only complaint is there is no visual reference for the upgrade options - only some words. In this visually dependent world it would be wise to provide a visual reference on what you did/didn't/might pay for.

From the moment I booked with DGM, they were always very kind and informative. The proposals were perfectly informed and the pictures matched exactly what I wanted and communication was great, fast responses to every question I had. My wedding day at the Riverside Hotel was beautiful! Meeting Ty was a pleasure, he was very kind and professional. The bouquets , my bouquet and the centerpieces , and arch were STUNNING! Not only were the flowers and colors were perfect, but also the decor around the florals were beautifully put together. I can tell they love what they do and are passionate about their work because I could feel the excitement in the room as I express my excitement for the wedding and seeing all the beautiful work they have created. My whole family and guests LOVED the flowers, the colors, the detail, the candles, all was exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot wait to see the pictures and post them again. The only thing I’m sad about is that I cannot go back in time and re-live the day, but I will forever see the photos with their florals and I will always recommend any future bride and groom to hire them. I am NOT employed by them…I’m in COLD Chicago!!!!

Positive experience: Arrangement was beautiful and reasonably priced. Same day delivery was very convenient. My only issue was it was ordered as a gift, but the front of the card had the giver's name instead of the receiver. Had to open the gift envelope to remove that card first and then the font on the actual card was super tiny, to the point it looked a little silly. Overall would order again.

Fantastic experience: DGM uses Shopify. If you use Shopify for other things, Shopify may default your delivery to your own address. Flowers were delivered to me instead of the dentist office I designated, and my “thank you” note was deleted. Check the email from DGM to be sure this doesn’t happen to you. I’m giving the florist 5 stars because the flowers were beautiful. My problem is with Shopify.
