Negative experience: I shouldn’t have to call a florist to find out where they are really located. I went to 3 different addresses to pick up a bouquet because their addresses on Google/Yelp, Facebook, and website all show something different! I finally get to the address where there is a real florist and it’s not even Victoria Park Flower Studio!! I ended up NOT BUYING FLOWERS at all. Also none of their location images are from their real location! It feels very deceptive!

Negative experience: Paid for a 2 hr class and recived literally a 1 hr class. Considering we paid 180 and was the only client they would actually give you what you paid for. Just buy flowers at traders Joes and watch online. Was offered another 1hr class for free but should give us what we paid for the first time. Work on yachts and spend 1000s on flowers a year. Plus we got are flowers from the original flowers shop but I guess there are new owners

Negative experience: I spent $800 on two "premium" sympathy arrangements and included a tip. The flowers received were just OK, not on par with the photos on the website and what I thought was being ordered. Both were supposed to be funeral sprays on a stand - received one spray and one in a vase. Both arrangements were smaller than expected. One arrangement was supposed to be multi-colored with a mix of flowers - turned out entirely purple with wilting flowers - carnations abundant. I've ordered from this florist before and loved the arrangement. So I guess they are just hit or miss. I would not pay extra for premium because that is not what I received, sadly.

Additionally, because the arrangement was so large, the delivery person brought the flowers in and sat them on the table for my mother. How sweet! I love that Victoria Park Flower Studio has once again been part of our family celebrations. Excellent experience. I had a couple of questions on Friday, before Mother's Day, about the delivery. The patience and kindness shared with me was remarkable. My mother was absolutely thrilled with the bouquet. I saw it on Sunday and was very pleased with the quality of flowers in the arrangement. ❤

Negative experience: I'm so disappointed in the flowers I purchased for mothers day. I paid 200$ for a premium bouquet delivered - and got a sad arrangement in cloudy water. I could've done better just going to publix and getting roses from there.... Not the quality I was expecting for the price. Will not be ordering from here again.

The staff member who took my order was very kind and even helped me take my order to my car. Will choose Victoria Park Flower Studio for all my future arrangements.

Negative experience: Absolutely do not order flowers from this shop. They are overpriced, not at all as pictured online and you won’t receive them until the end of the day, so don’t count on them for a special occasion. I called to find out where the flowers I ordered were and was met with an extremely rude response, as if it was my fault. An extremely unprofessional business who are obviously more interested in making money than satisfying their customers. $200 I will never get back.

Fantastic experience: this is an excellent flower studio! i have ordered from them twice and the arrangements were excellent both times. keep in mind that when you select the flowers on the site, there’s upgrades / tiers that really make a difference in the final product. they are able to deliver the same day, given that you place an order early enough, and the delivery went smoothly both times. i strongly recommend this flower shop!

Edit: 2 years later, I have used Vic Park Flowers for every occasion, big and small, and they have never once put out an ugly arrangement, charged too much, been late, provided something not as described, or given me a bad word to say about them. This is a gem of a business.

Negative experience: Got burned by Victoria Park Flower Studio last year on Valentine's day. When I placed the order, they had Valentine's day listed as an available delivery date. Not only were the flowers not delivered on Valentine's day, I waited about another ten days and they were never delivered. I ended up disputing the charge with Amex to get my money back. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I contacted VPFS to handle the flowers for my niece’s Bridal Shower. The custom floral design was enchanting and exquisite, and Keith’s expertise- simply magic ! The process was fun and easy, the ordering and delivery exact and perfect , and the prices extremely fair. Everyone commented on the beauty and loveliness of the (six) custom arrangements. I am so grateful to Keith and VPFS for helping to make this event a memorable occasion!!

Poor customer service standards for that character to be representing your business. Why make your customers feel hurried, pressured, uninformed or anything less than welcome. I see several similar reviews about unpleasant staff. Not everyone is a professional florist that knows exactly what they want immediately over the phone.Learn to have patience or work somewhere that you don’t have to deal with people. Only gave second star because despite the rotten attitude, the arrangements are nice, and the owner is also pleasant, it’s just that red headed man who I’m glad I’ll never have to interact with again.
