With today being Valentine’s Day, I ordered two dozen roses for my wife. Unfortunately, a mistake was made and only one dozen arrived (and they were beautiful) I was offered two satisfactory solutions to the problem, both of which exceeded mine and my wife’s expectations! After I reviewed all the amazing reviews and talking with Gail we decided to move forward! I’m not from here so communication and what I wanted was so important and also what we had budgeted! Let me tell you that Plantation Florist did just that! I had no idea what flowers I wanted but Gail listened to me and she delivered just that! Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers from Plantation Florist yesterday for an ill friend and I couldn’t be happier with the flower arrangement Gail or Paul designed. My daughter used Plantation Florist for her wedding flowers several years ago and loved their work and she still uses them, so I chose them yesterday knowing the arrangement would be beautiful. Jackie took my order and was very helpful in helping me choose the flowers. They were delivered yesterday as I requested. Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stars, ive used plantation florist before in the past so I tried to continue to use them and support local small business. I placed an order almost a week ahead, and the date and time comes and no show, I gave a 7 hour window…. And they still couldn’t do their job. I get it’s a busy day for them but the fact that I’ve called a few times and no answer also called 2 different numbers and nothing. Simple communication could go very far to make things right but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Very disappointed

Truly appreciated the service Plantation Florist provided for a last minute floral order & delivery to a memorial service we could not attend. I placed the order online and called to confirm. The woman who answered my call was pleasant and assured me requested delivery time would be met. We received a message from the recipient family thanking us for the beautiful arrangement. Understandably businesses are often too busy for a follow up to inform customers of completed delivery but receiving a call, text or email would be a great touch to your service. A photo of delivered florals would also be great as many times customers aren't present to see the arrangement. We based our purchase solely on trust, online visuals and other reviews. Thank you otherwise for your great service!

Fantastic experience: Having used the the big 800 national flowers to send my friend flowers for Valentines Day with disastrous results I decided to call Plantation for her birthday. The results were spectacular. Delivered on time with my last minute Ballon additions. She loved the roses. I couldn't recommend them more. Local is the way to go with Plantation.

Fantastic experience: My husband came home on a Friday afternoon with the most unique and gorgeous bouquet I'd ever seen as a "just because" surprise (The rectangle arrangement in the pics) . We had some bad experiences with florists, store bought, or website ordered flowers in the past (most recently on valentines day a few weeks ago), so he spent a lot of time researching to find a locally owned shop that had great reviews. When he picked it up he was so thrilled with how it turned out and the customer service he got while he was there. He also loved that it was a family owned business. Long story short everything was awesome until the very next afternoon when we noticed several of the purple roses were already wilting. He was crushed and I was furious that he had put so much time and effort (not to mention money) into doing something so special only for it to last for a single day. By this time the shop was closed and wouldn't be open again until the following Monday. I went ahead and took some pics of the wilting arrangement and emailed them to the shop as well as left a voice message asking if they would make it right. I honestly wasn't holding my breath due to past experiences and thought we might get a simple "sorry" message in response if anything. First thing Monday morning however, the shop called me back and were so apologetic and offered to make us a new arrangement once they got fresh flowers in that they then hand delivered so my husband wouldn't have to make time to go back by (he works at a hospital so it's hard with his schedule). I think (if its even possible) the new arrangement is even more gorgeous than the first! We were SO impressed by their professionalism and their willingness to make the situation right. They have definitely earned our business in the future and we will be recommending them to everyone we know. It's not often that you find a company these days that goes the extra mile but Plantation Florist-Floral Promotions does.

Fantastic experience: This was an order for my Mom on Mothers Day, and my mother was thrilled with the beautiful arrangement of roses. The pricing was within other florists. What made the biggest difference to me was the woman who answered the phone to take my order, she was so helpful, patient, and made me feel like a long-time customer.

Fantastic experience: Placed an order for Valentine day roses for my wife. These were the largest and most beautiful roses we have seen in some time. They continued to bloom 3-4 days after delivery (I had them delivered early on 2/10). Will definitely use Plantation Florist in the future! Thanks!!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy to find a high-quality local florist that accommodated me with my wishes until I was totally satisfied. I wanted to send a floral arrangement for my niece’s wedding supper table . Everything was done with care and was highly professional even the delivery .
