Negative experience: My husband bought me 2 yellow dozen roses for my birthday. They never opened up the way they should have. Evidently they are new owners and not as efficient as the former owners were. I would not suggest purchasing flowers from the Davie shop!!!
Fantastic experience: We held a flower arranging event for our clients on February 27th and it was a fantastic experience! Rebecca did a great job leading the session and engaging with our clients. In the Boca location, on February 20th, we also held four separate sessions with nearly 30 clients in each class, and Rebecca and Camillo handled everything seamlessly. Both events were beautifully run and thoroughly enjoyed by our clients. We highly recommend them and look forward to future events together!

Negative experience: We have been coming to field of flowers in Davie, for a long time. Not only to purchase flowers but enjoy the weekly flower bar so much! Renee is amazing and hosts the best classes. Unfortunately, the quality of the flowers has decreased significantly over the past few months. The rest of the class feels the same way, we are standing customers who come twice a week and spend significant amount of money for flowers and for the flower bar. We are all complaining about the same thing and new people who come to the class never come back. Please, change the quality of flowers to keep current customers and future ones!!

We take your feedback seriously. One important factor to mention is that our high sales volume typically works in favor of freshness. Because we move product quickly, flowers are constantly rotating and replenished from the farms, which usually ensures fresher inventory compared to lower-volume retailers.
That said, if you and other regular attendees are noticing a difference, we absolutely need to verify what may be happening — whether it’s related to specific varieties, seasonal transitions, or handling during high-demand weeks.

Negative experience: I spent $144 for 3 sets of 24 roses and I was never charged for flowers arrangements previously and I was looking forward to coming back truthfully the flowers weren’t great quality and I will not be coming. Way to lose a returning customer. The big lady who prepared them stated that for $20 she would not prepare them for round vases! Very sad service!

Our rose pricing reflects current market conditions and supply costs. For example, during Valentine’s season this year, national retailers such as Amazon Prime were selling two dozen roses for $29.99 and Costco at $36.99. We offered two dozen roses at $19.99. During peak holidays, freight and labor costs increase significantly across the industry.
Regarding preparation, both wrapping and arranging flowers into vases require design time and labor, which is why there is a preparation fee applied consistently.
In terms of quality, fresh roses naturally have outer “guard petals.” These are protective petals that shield the bloom during transport and help preserve freshness. They can sometimes look slightly darker or imperfect, but they are intentionally left on to protect the flower. Once removed, the rose opens beautifully.
If the roses did not meet your expectations, we truly wish we had known while you were in the store so we could have adjusted them for you immediately.

Negative experience: Don’t shop here they are discriminating and unprofessional. I spent two hours in the store and selected several hundred dollars’ worth of flowers, only to be publicly questioned at checkout about whether I was “sure” I could purchase peonies. Two employees tried to block the sale and debated it in front of me. Even after a manager approved it, I was repeatedly reminded of the price as if I didn’t understand what I was buying. If you’re spending $300–$400 and still get treated like that, imagine the standard. Completely unacceptable.

We want to be very clear: this situation had absolutely nothing to do with discrimination of any kind. Peonies are an extremely seasonal flower, typically available from May through June, and their pricing fluctuates significantly throughout the year — sometimes costing up to three times more outside of peak season.
Because of their limited availability and high cost, our team is trained to confirm large peony purchases at checkout to ensure there is no misunderstanding regarding pricing or inventory. In this case, although the peonies were brought in primarily for use in our in-house floral designs, we made the decision to sell them to you as a courtesy.
That said, we sincerely apologize if the way this was communicated made you feel questioned or uncomfortable. Confirmations should always be handled discreetly and respectfully, and we will be reviewing this with our team to ensure that future interactions reflect the level of professionalism we expect.

Positive experience: I’ve been a customer here since they opened. They always had such a great selection especially of tropical cut flowers. They always carried a tropical bundle that included 2 heliconia , 3 red ginger and a few items of greenery. I went in today and noticed the selection was not what it used to be. It was told the place was under new ownership and she wasn’t sure if they were going to carry them anymore. We live in the tropics. I want tropical flowers. Please.

Negative experience: I wanted to send flowers as Christmas cheer present to a dear friend. Ordered online Dec 23rd. They are obviously closed on Christamas. Spoke to Phillip Ohler on phone the 26th. He told me employees were going to be off work. Understandable. He said he would personally deliver them the 27th. On 27th ,Checked no delivery. Contacted Phillip again. He told me he he was on his way to shop to make and deliver the $206 roses. They are now closed, try to contact ,Crickets. Field of Flowers charged me

Fantastic experience: I felt I MUST leave another amazing review even though I was just in the store shopping and purchased a beautiful big sun ☀️ flower display for my wife’s birthday early December! Fantastic experience: I have sent flowers to my cancer care team for the past three years at Cleveland Clinic during the holidays. Dr, Nahleh is the chief administrator of the Oncology Team and is truly gifted in her field. Caroline, Joyce and Mayra are very dedicated team members and committed to their Patients. Jasmine, the nurse navigator is truly exceptional and will do everything she can to assist patients in finding appropriate doctors and obtain proper medical procedures timely. I am grateful to God for all they have done for me these past 3 years. It has not been easy with 3 recurring cancers. This year Carolina from Field of Flowers assisted me in selecting flowers for the team. She was so patient, kind and understanding when I was dictating the information for the cards. Fantastic experience: I had a wall in my home that used to be a waterfall that waa changed into wonderful, plush tropical oasis with moss and artificial plants- Absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic experience: Do yourself a favor and go visit this fantastic store. I've always passed by it because on the outside it looks so expensive but inside you'll find prices are reasonable and they have many many flowers you can't find anywhere else. The even sell flowers by the stem at a very reasonable price. The prices on their roses are awesome. The whole back row..and it's long has tubs of flowers you can buy as a bunch..I will often get the large chrysanthemums, ten stems and the flowers are really big when they open up. All for $8.99. Two buches make a huge arrangement. I honestly can't say enough about what a wonderful place this is and I'll brag all day long about the prices. They have a Bird of Paradise arrangement for $13.99. I couldn't believe it. Also the people there are so helpful..and the owner is always there when I go and he's the nicest person. This store is the plaza just after the turnpike on Glades road on the right hand side. I promise you won't be disappointed! If you live in the Plantation or Hollywood area there is another store on University Drive.

Negative experience: This used to be our weekend go-to with the kids, spending $30–$40 each time. Assembly was free, the price was fair, employees were friendly, and the experience felt like family — we even recommended it to many people. Now they charge $15 to assemble flowers, a 2-minute job, raising costs by about 40%. Employees say there’s new ownership, and the atmosphere has completely changed. It’s no longer affordable, the staff isn’t as friendly, and the customer experience is nothing like it used to be. Many regulars may stop coming.

Positive experience: I always love my visit to Field of Flowers! The selection was beautiful, and being able to create my own arrangements make it more meaningful. However, I did notice a slight inconsistency with the flower cutting. At first, they clipped them for me without an issue, but then it changed. Sometimes I couldn't clip them, sometimes I could, and other times only the designers could for an extra charge – almost double what I paid for the flowers! I didn't pay the fee and was told I could clip them myself at home. It was a little confusing. Overall, a great experience!

I have both given and received flowers from them and they seriously outshine the rest by far. They come fully arranged and as beautiful as on the website and they last so long. Can't say enough good things about them. My only complaint is that they moved their delivery area further north and I can no longer appreciate their beauty myself but continue to send them to anyone within their zipcode.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! Needed to buy a last minute corsage for my daughter’s prom tonight. 3rd place I went to and it was definitely worth it. Hello thank you for sharing with us. Unfortunately, they are a natural product & some bad batches make it out. It is the beginning of Peony season & they are still not at their prime. We work on getting the freshest flowers possible yet natures ways beat us sometimes.
Please come by our stores again for a refund or a different product on us to make up for this unfortunate event. We hope to make up for this Mother’s Day.
Negative experience: The new owner of this place should be embarrassed of themselves. Horrible, awful, flower quality. The selection is always the same. There is no ability to customize the number of flowers you want, and you constantly have to pay $10 for basic, minimal wrapping (paper and a bow). You used to be able select 12 or 24 in a bunch, and basic wrapping used to be free. This place used to be the pinnacle of flowers in our neighborhood. Not anymore. Disgusting and greedy new ownership. They do not care about flowers. And their staff agrees. The wonderful staff is forced to sell flowers they are not proud of.

Fantastic experience: My sister moved into a new condo after selling her home of many years. It was a big deal for her to say goodbye to the memories, but it was needed as she grew older and needed to simplify. I ordered her a nice little bouquet of red roses to celebrate. Fantastic experience: We received Field of Flowers as a recommendation for our wedding flowers from our venue vendor and our wedding planner. Needless to say, it was a great recommendation! Since the first day we walked in and met with Anna to discuss or flower decor vision it was clear that she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. It was a joy to work with her. I very much wanted tropical flowers for the ceremony, bouquets and reception, but my bridesmaids were wearing different shades of blue. Blue tropical flowers can be difficult, but Anna had great ideas on how to incorporate the blue into everything. Our flowers from the reception table centerpieces, to the arch for the ceremony to our bouquets were exquisite. We could not have been happier and we received so many compliments. They really highlighted our wedding theme. I still have flower centerpieces all over my house because I just couldn't part with how beautiful they are. Fantastic experience: They've got a loyal customer in me. First time I went a couple of months ago, I fell in love with the layout of the store. It's almost a playground for flower lovers. A few weeks later, I needed an arrangement for a family member's birthday and they did not disappoint! WOW! Flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place! I believe there was a change in ownership within the last year or so, and I can see the improvements with new management! Everyone is so efficient. Their flowers are always fresh and they honestly have the best prices in the area. Fantastic experience: On behalf of my dad Fred, I am writing this review. He sent his wife sent valentine's day flowers as he was out of the country. Two dozen roses. The representative, Fran, was so nice assisting him to make everything perfect. When he got home from the trip, his wife was very excited and shared so much love with him. Fran made the floral experience delightful with compassion!

Negative experience: I have been coming here for YEARS.. so much so I paid for the membership every year.. I buy my wife flowers on the regular at least twice a month and there was no better place than here… UNFORTUNATELY ever since they changed ownership it went completely downhill.. the prices are outrageous!! Example: I went last year a week before Valentine’s Day to place a an order of 50 roses and they were beautifully made for $145, that to me was reasonable.. today i did the same as every year went to place an order for Valentine’s Day and the SAME EXACT order was $235.. an increase of nearly $100 is outrageous.. they lost a very loyal and frequent customer

Any details regarding ownership are internal matters that that we have not publicly discussed, and we believed it is inappropriate for such assumptions to be presented as a fact. Regarding the price of red roses, their increase is neither more surprising nor unique to our shop As demand skyrockets before Valentine’s Day, wholesale cost rise significantly-this is an industry- wide reality,not a decision we make arbitrarily.
The price you paid last year reflected last year’s marketing conditions, just as this year’s
price reflects this year’s market.
Negative experience: Never again. Very disappointed that a $110 arrangement didn’t even last 3 days. Looked great on the first day but that quickly declined. What is even more disappointing is that after multiple attempts to speak to a manager about the poor quality, they are not returning my calls. I had the exact same issue a few years ago with an arrangement and stopped using them until this purchase.

Fantastic experience: This florist gives you the option of making your own arrangements. I was able to pick my flowers and put it together in the store. I paid for the individual packs of flowers and a few vases. You can also bring your own vase. Additionally, they have classes you can sign up for online. You get to take the arrangement home with you. The pictures I posted are arrangements that I made on my own without any assistance. I made 6 for the price of one. They have a wonderful collection of flowers to choose from. It was great to see them working on gorgeous arrangements while we were there. I hope this inspires you. Happy creating!

Fantastic experience: Good friend who always put a smile on my face came home from surgery p Friday afternoon. I wanted to send her a smile. Field of Flowers had the perfect arrangement and delivered it Saturday just after noon. Great selection and excellent service.
Positive experience: If you had asked me 2 weeks ago, I would have rated this 5 Star. Their selection of flowers and the freshness of everything is incredible. I am scoring it lower because in the past, they had incredible customer service that included being able to take flowers to the front and have beautiful wrapping of bundles. They have now discontinued the wrapping, and are charging $10 for that service. In addition, rather than wrapping them in the colorful wraps that they had used, they're now providing plain paper wrapping. I've always found it beneficial to pay for a membership that entitles me to a discount at each purchase. I am now questioning that decision. I hope that they will reverse that policy, and if not, will probably look elsewhere for flowers

Negative experience: I was very disappointed in field of flowers guarantee policy which is satisfaction guarantee . I was visiting in Davie fl my sons and for our 50th anniversary . I ordered flowers for the special occasion, 20 stems. I requested specific colors to represent my wife and children and grandchild. I also also sent to my picture of the ranges that I would prefer. they had to prepare for me for fifth of June. 6 January, we’re leaving for Orlando Disney World with the family. Want to pick them up? It was not at all what I requested and I did not have time to deliver it so I took the flowers. they put 80 stems of flour which I did not request requested. I paid $294. From Orlando, we went back to Mississippi. I was upset and I requested a compensation of $125. The shop still made $169. They won’t refund me the money. The companies profit revenue is $11.7 million a year. workers get paid over $225,000 a year. And they won’t compensate me $125. this is bad business according my books. I would not recommend Phil the flowers.

Positive experience: Great staff, beautiful flowers, but a little disappointed; they used to wrap bouquets, no extra charge, now due a new policy if the total of flowers goes over 48 flowers they can’t, and you must pay to the florist almost $150 for the wrapping. If it’s less it’s only $10… today I have to become a florist and wrap the roses by myself…

Positive experience: Quality is great but this is like the 2-3rd time what I ordered is different than what arrived. For example, I specifically asked for Lavendar Roses - they checked they had them - I ordered them and Pink Roses arrived. The other time their website said the flowers came with a specific brand and type of wine - another type showed up ( a rose' vs cabernet ).

Negative experience: I truly don't understand why everything in this shop is so expensive. Trader Joes has exactly the same stock in at the moment yet they are selling their's for almost $10 less per bunch. I used to always shop at Field of Flowers but the prices have gone through the roof and the last few bouquets I've bought have only lasted a couple of days.
Fantastic experience: I've been a Field of Flowers (Davie) fan for decades now. The quality and service are always terrific. We just received my wife's anniversary vase of 24 yellow roses and we're always very pleased with delivery, quality and presentation. Please keep up the great work.
Fantastic experience: After a loved one passed and I was organizing the memorial, I had arrangements made at field of flowers. It was a very difficult and emotional time, and everyone who worked there was attentive, empathetic and professional. The person whom I worked with directly was Arlette (I believe that was her name) and she was nothing short of awesome from start to finish. I was so particular about everything and how I wanted it. They were so patient with me, and really made it happen. The arrangements for the memorial were stunning. Thank you for the great experience, even in such difficult circumstances.

Negative experience: I was banned last night from ever doing flower bar classes at Boca and Davie store. I was attending classes there for almost 2 years. I am the most kind person you can ever meet. You can ask anyone who knows me. I was speaking to a person next to me about the arrangement and Rene the instructor yelled at me like if i was his child and was 5 years old. This was in front of a class of about 20 people. This happened in October. I was mortified, horrified, shaking. I took my stuff and left class in tears. The people in front Carolina and staff apologized. I didn’t go back to class till end of December. I would sit in back not speak to anyone and minded my own business. He antigonized me over and over. Finally this last Wednesday I had enough. He treated me like I didn’t exist i said I’m not invisible can you help me I paid for the class. He yelled in front of the class you are difficult! I had not said a word. This man I had considered a friend. I tipped him, did a birthday party for him, brought him rosaries from Italy, brought him lunch and water for every class. The acts of kindness were so many. He never apologized. They have treated me awful and now I’m banned. They took something that was so special to me that I enjoyed doing. I’m beyond distraught and upset. The class was suppose to be fun it’s not a college class it’s field of flowers. They told me i could buy the flowers and I could do it at home but never there again. And Rene himself never spoke to me about what he did wrong. I’m just appalled and hurt. This is the business you are dealing with. Customers don’t matter to them
Negative experience: I have been to the flower bar classes a few times. The male teacher is knowledgeable but not equitable with his help with each student. I saw him be very unprofessional on a few occasions and not provide a pleasurable experience for all his students. He can be judgemental and ignore students that he thinks should be able to do the arrangements or even say “then this class is too advanced for you” and make students feel inadequate which creates a stressful classroom vibe. When I sign up for a flower class, I expect to learn how to create an arrangement, but I also do it for pleasure. I should not leave the class more stressed and irritated by the teacher. As a teacher, he represents the Field of Flowers and should provide a positive experience and provide customer service. He should not create a stressful or negative experience for his customers. If there is a concern with a customer, that should be handled professionally and privately. And each customers concern should be heard and worked through, not be made to feel ridiculed or less than, especially in front of others. Unfortunately these experiences with this teacher has made me and others feel uncomfortable and I will no longer be participating in the classes nor shopping at Field of Flowers, as I don’t appreciate the way this store’s customer service practices are being managed.
Fantastic experience: I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend recovering from an accident and surgery. The flowers the ordering process as easy, the flowers were fresh and delivered promptly, and the happiness they brought to someone feeling blue was priceless. When I lived in south Florida, Field of Flowers on University Drive was my go to place to pick up fresh flowers. Now I know they are also an excellent source for arranging and delivering flowers. Skip the FTD charges and order directly from Field of Flowers if you want flowers delivered in Broward County.
