Positive experience: Walked in asking for a $25 bouquet, and I was offered one for $45 instead. Having agreed to it, when time came to pay I was told it was $50. By the time I walked out and looked at my credit card receipt the total was $55. Hopefully the flowers last longer than the same ones Publix sells for much less with upfront pricing.

This is my friend's mom, so I already knew she was going to be good, but she truly surpassed my expectations for the wedding day. Fantastic experience: What a lovely local florist! It was my first visit and I felt terrible about coming in 20 minutes before they closed, but everyone was so nice and helpful and made me feel so welcome. I picked a smaller birthday arrangement from a book they have and they prepared it in about 15 minutes. The flowers were so fresh and bright and the little birthday banner added a little pizzazz. They thanked me for coming in and offered to spray the arrangement with a little bit of glitter spray for some extra sparkle. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been driving by this shop for over 10 years and finally stopped in just for fun. My kids and I picked out different flowers from their selection and they put together 2 beautiful and artfully done bouquets for me. Brigitte was helpful and kind, and her daughter Britney was so sweet to my kids and kept us company while we waited. I will be back for the lovely service and flowers, and I was pleased with the prices as well.

Negative experience: Never ordering here again. I paid 200 dollars for withering flowers. I am very disappointed. I order two orders for mom mom and aunt. Totally around 500+. The picture below is supposed to be a premium order. NEVER AGAIN. If this is premium, I wonder how standard looks. The people are nice though and I see that other people have had good experiences, so I guess it’s a hit or miss depending on who your designer is or if it’s a busy holiday like valentines. Overall, I could have gotten something similar at Publix for much less.

Fantastic experience: The arrangement was pretty close to the picture. The person receiving it loved it and sent me a picture of what she had received. The website has a friendly interface and it was easy to place the order. There were no hidden fees or anything shady and the delivery was made in a timely manner. I will reorder from them!

I walked in today…less than a week before Valentine’s Day at around 4:15 - having been sick all week I had forgotten to order my little girl a corsage for her Daddy Daughter dance…which was less than 2 hrs away! When I first walked in I asked if they had any ready made, I was told they needed to be ordered and was asked when I needed it- I explained my situation and right away, she was happy to help. They created the loveliest, dainty corsage for her complete with pretty beaded heart accents. I couldn’t be more grateful or happy for their assistance and beautiful creation (in about 30 minutes). It’s even nicer (and much better service) than ones from other businesses we’ve pre-ordered in the past! Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I drove my daughter to college from Minneapolis to Florida last week. It is her birthday today so I wanted to send her flowers. I always give her flowers, balloons and a cake on her birthday. I googled flower shops near her campus at Nova Southeastern University and Brigitte's Flowers Galore came up. I am a review girl and they had 4.7 rating. I tried to call, but no answer so I thought I would take my chances doing it online. They had beautiful options that weren't crazy expensive. They also had balloons as an option. No cake, but it isn't a bakery so... My daughter FaceTimed me just a couple of hours later and showed me the bouquet and balloons. The flowers were gorgeous and identical to the picture. The balloons were perfect and the timing was amazing. I couldn't believe how fast they were delivered. I would highly recommend Brigitte's and I will definitely use them again.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered to my granddaughter who is a student at nova university. I was told it was not an issue to deliver to the university. She never got the flowers. No one followed up to make sure she received the flowers. They had her phone number & mine.

Negative experience: Im giving this 2 stars because the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I have order from them online a few times and every time they arrived late in the evening, not a big deal at the time. But when I order flower for my wife for her birthday, I expect them to arrive at a decent to moderate time; especially when the order was placed 10 days a head of time. Arriving at 9pm on a day I couldn't be home to celebrate her birthday, makes it seem like I completely forgot about her... Not to mention that I ordered the deluxe package instead of the standard and it looked really small.

Negative experience: The worst and most atrocious place I’ve never gone to. This place is awful, god awful. I called 40 minutes earlier to place an order for eleven lilies, ten roses, torquing wrap, and a white ribbon. We were already running late to an event and needed them to be done fast. The payment, $101, was done immediately on the phone. When we got there, the lady, still, had not started on the bouquet. The lilies she showed us were all green and not bloomed. So we had to switch to pink lilies and white roses. The white roses are almost yellow. The turquoise wrap is literally a blue, cheap fishnet. And the ribbon, after the payment, they could not even provide one with long tails and gave us tacky, short ribbons. It is not just the money, but how their business is run. They have no integrity, no artist ability, and no skill to be running a florist. All they care about is making a profit. If I could give them no stars, I would. Because we were already running late, we had to accept the disgusting, ill-shaped “bouquet.” Otherwise, we would have returned them instantly. Do not come here to save your life; this place is not worth a second of your time.

The flowers were beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website. My friend said she has never received such a large and beautiful bouquet in her lifetime, so I am glad I was able to surprise her with such a beautify arrangement. Fantastic experience: I ordered the festive berries and holly tree for a friend who is in the hospital during the Christmas season. He loved it and he said it brightened up his dreary hospital room.
