Old review: I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. The product I received does not match what was promised, and the personalized card is missing several words for some reason. This is not worth the price I paid.

Also the woman who answered phone told me she would send ne a picture before delivering it, that never happened. When I called shop at 430pm the deliveries were out. Edit..Alex called and said he would redo another floral arrangement and make it more colorful. My aunt just received it and loved it. Changed my review to a 5 star review. Fantastic experience: Ordered from Flowers of Ft Lauderdale to be sure they would be delivered during business hours (some sites I visited could not guarantee this). My colleague received her birthday bouquet as expected and requested. The arrangement looked exactly as pictured on the website. Very satisfied with the service.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this floral shop. I chose this florist for a funeral flower arrangement due to its great reviews but now I'm very skeptical! My colleagues and I ordered a beautiful funeral wreath for one of our colleagues who unfortunately passed away at a young age after battling with cancer. We placed the order two days in advance and I called the shop twice before putting in the order to confirm that the arrangement would be delivered on time and a person named Elaine was super nice and assured me that it was no problem, and that I just had to pay the additional fee (on top of the normal delivery fee) for having it delivered in the morning. Cut to the day of the funeral --- I get a call a few hours after the funeral from an employee (or he may have been the manager?) telling me that the wreath arrangement did not deliver on time because they were a "few" minutes late to the funeral. When I asked how late, he told me about 15 minutes or so. I was upset but understanding of the situation, because I know things happen (traffic, etc) and when I relayed that this was important to us, he reciprocated with zero empathy and I don't think he ever even apologized. Come to find out, later, I would realize that it delivered 2 hours late because they sent me a "delivery confirmation" email of when it delivered to the funeral home. Anyways, he told me that they would refund me and send the wreath to another location, so I gave him the address to my colleague's parents' home. I asked when they will be delivering it and they said before 5pm that day. A few days later, I wanted to confirm that the wreath arrangement actually made it to the parents' house, as I had an odd suspicion that something went wrong again. I spoke with someone named Cairn was who super nice and showed me a lot of empathy about the situation, which I appreciated, as she was the only person who's done so. She told me the manager would call me back. In the meantime, I found out that they totally messed up the message I wrote on the card. Not only did they leave names off the message, they also misspelled names, and had typos that were unreflective of the message that was submitted, which I have receipt of. When the manager did return my call later, I told him it was very sad that they would treat a funeral arrangement with such poor organization, lack of detail, etc. He told me he didn't know what he wanted me to do. When I asked him that I wanted to confirm that the wreath arrangement (which cost $335 with delivery fees) was sent to the house after missing the funeral delivery, he told me they never sent the wreath but sent a bouquet instead. At this point, I was fuming as this is something 3 of my colleagues pooled money together to buy a beautiful arrangement to honor our friend....and the manager (Alex) told me he sent a bouquet instead (after missing the original delivery to the funeral home). I asked him to send me photos because I wanted to know what a $335 bouquet looked like.... the attached photo is what he sent me. Does this look like a $335 bouquet to you? They had told me they were going to send the wreath to the house but didn't tell me they sent this instead. And I would have never even known if I didn't follow up a few days later. They could have told us in advance and we would have sent the house something else larger and beautiful and something that was actually worth $335 if we knew they were going to send this bouquet. It's extremely sad and unfortunate that they treated this situation with such a lack of care. I would understand it if it happened for a bday or an anniversary, etc...but this is a funeral where the details should be paid extra attention to. After their first mistake, I wasn't going to write a negative review as I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but decided to do so because there were multiple issues that occurred.

Negative experience: Customer service is awful. I was able to get my order in a couple days before Valentine’s Day, but the company took too many orders to have all deliveries out in a timely manner and wasn’t able to get it out till around 4pm which unfortunately was too late. There was no where on the website to specify a time so I just hoped that they would be delivered before most people get off of work. I am also a return customer and not a cheap one so my loyalty is gone. I’m understanding it was a busy day and that is why my review isn’t one star. I made 3 calls today to check on status and the first woman greeted me stating there were no flowers left which didn’t apply to me. The next woman was the same woman and when I asked a question she sighed and said “Oh My God” under her breath and the last call I made was to explain my dissatisfaction and the man who answered was nice at first but “nobody’s perfect” isn’t an excuse when you are running a business, he eventually got rude because I was politely stating that I was leaving a review and I will no longer be a customer. 2 stars is incredibly generous considering the whole idea of the florist is to make things easier. I could have just bought flowers from Publix for 1/3 of the price and had Uber deliver them and it would have been at a decent time.

My delivery was made on time as I was promised. It was such a smooth service.
