Fantastic experience: I received an arrangement last week. The roses arrived wilted. I put extra water and the sachet of plant food that was attached to see if it would make a difference. The next day my roses were already dying. Thank you for offering to send more roses, but I am leaving town this week, and will not return for 3 weeks. I will contact you on my return. I just received a replacement arrangement, and the roses are beautiful and fresh! See photo

Negative experience: We ordered a cascade bridal bouquet and 5 boutonnières to be delivered at the hotel to take with us on the ship the day of. We realized upon embarkation that we were only given 2 boutonnières and the bouquet so we called and spoke with woman who basically told us we ordered wrong and didn’t give a damn! I paid for 5 and received 2. No one is taking ownership and it’s very sad because it was too late for us as we were on the boat already. Thankfully the ship felt sorry for us and provided the additional flowers. We had high expectations with this florist but unfortunately they were not professional and didn’t care. Beware if you’re not a local!!!! In response to the owner: For the records I never received a receipt from you. The boutonnières did not have water in the tubes. but to make things worse it was the customer service we received when we called back. It shows that you do not care about once the order is done! It was 2 of us ordering with you and we confirmed the amount of boutonnières many times. Again the customer service shows how you run your business. Lack of compassion for sure.

Negative experience: I'm sorry, I can't get behind the ratings at Enchantment Florist. My flowers were left outside my door in 90+ degree heat in the shade! They didn't ring the doorbell because I was home waiting for them. They didn’t try to call me either. They did try to deliver at 1230pm and I asked specifically to come back later in the day around 3pm when I would be home. In other words, put me at the end of their drops not the beginning. There shouldn't be a charge for that. My call to the store fell on deaf ears. I was challenged and told otherwise. Nothing enchanting about that! There are many other local florists in town that still value customers. Enchantment Florist is not one of them.

The staff and owner went over and beyond to help me choose exactly the arraignment I wanted. The bouquet was bursting with bright orange roses and complimenting deep purple flowers that made a wow statement. I was so happy and look forward to going back to Enchantment Florist. It looked like a huge rose forrest and we loved it. I think it was the owner who helped me and she loves what she does. I could hear it in her voice. She helped me figure out what I was ordering and did so with joy in her voice. Everything was handled over the phone and expertly. I had a last minute same day request and even changed the order mid-order. I asked if she had anything 'cat related' she could include. She found cat ribbon! The inclusion of this sweet ribbon made the rose bouquet so personal. It made a huge impact on the person receiving the roses which were sent as a thank you for helping cats in an amazing way. This little touch of love made the delivery so lovely and so personal. It was purrrfect. I will only order from Enchantment Florist.

Negative experience: Seems like my review was deleted… so once again. Average and disappointing, Would not recommend for any yacht. The bouquets were plain and boring, I had to buy more flowers at Whole Foods to add to theses rip offs. Replying to the comment: We specifically requested white lilies and greenies and your store was informed that this would be a long trip why would you even think about adding hydrangeas and fully open lilies when we requested closed Lillies. One of your employees even had audacity to negotiate with my second stew and myself as they did not want to include flora foam in the vases as requested countless times. Furthermore what about the fact the bouquets had no pizzazz or effort? This is my honest review and would not use this business again, have a good day.
