Negative experience: I feel completely scammed by this business. I placed an online order with Believe Flowers for a delivery on November 18, 2025. The total was about $130, and it was supposed to be an important gift. The flowers were NEVER delivered. Nobody contacted me, there was no update, no apology, nothing. The phone number does not work, my messages were ignored, and the confirmation message they had posted about my order was later deleted. I tried to reach them multiple times and got absolutely no real response. I still have not received any refund for this undelivered order. So right now I have lost both my money and the special moment this gift was meant for. This entire experience left me angry and shocked. In my opinion, this is not how an honest business behaves. I strongly warn others to be very careful before ordering from Believe Flowers. I am disputing the charge with my bank/Google Pay and sharing my experience everywhere I can so that other people don’t go through the same situation.

Negative experience: Today is my birthday, and my boyfriend, who is traveling, sent flowers and chocolates to surprise me since he couldn’t be physically present. At 8 pm, he called me to check if anything had arrived for me, and I told him it hadn’t. That’s when he told me he had tried to surprise me on my birthday. I hope the flower shop refunds his money because now it won’t be a surprise anymore, and I’d rather use the $239.27 to buy something else. My boyfriend is very frustrated and disappointed with Believe Flowers because they ruined his surprise.

Negative experience: This store is extremely disrespectful. Today is my girlfriend’s birthday, and I placed an order of $240 10am for same-day delivery, including flowers, chocolates, and balloons. I received confirmation that the order was being prepared, but by 4 PM nothing had arrived. I tried calling to check if the delivery was on the way, but the phone number doesn’t work. Nobody replies to emails either, yet the payment was taken from my account. Later, when I checked the reviews, I realized this is a common situation with this store. Such a lack of respect for customers. They completely ruined the surprise I had prepared for my girlfriend.

Negative experience: I made an online order to this store to give flowers to my daughter and they never sent the flowers and balloons to my daughter. This was a robbery. I paid $111.00 and I am very disappointed with this.
