Negative experience: Not the best feeling—driving all this way only to find the store closed. Google shows the hours as 6:30 PM, but it was 5:59 PM and the doors were already locked. That said, people often leave reviews only when something negative happens—and while that’s almost true, this situation doesn’t define this place. This business has saved me time and time again. When they say family-owned, they truly mean it. Places like this are what make a community feel like home. I’ve had no complaints until today. Overall, I would come back again and again. We’d joke, laugh, and negotiate back and forth in a way that felt fair for both your wallet and her business. Sometimes her son would even be there helping out. It’s a small shop, but every now and then she has the rarest finds. So yes, I may not be happy today—but I will be back. I’ll be changing the one-star rating once the store hours are updated to help the next person who’s in a last-minute crunch.

Fantastic experience: Was on a mission today to get baked goods and flowers for my girlfriend’s family for Shabbat. After stopping at Shloimie’s Bakery in the same plaza (wonderful Bundt cake) I was planning on running into Costco to grab a bouquet on my way back to Miami. Was in a little bit of a rush and thinking about the Friday afternoon zoo that was waiting for me at Costco. G-d brought me to Niasha’s store. She asked my budget and in 5 minutes put together a beautiful arrangement that I never would’ve been able to get at Costco. She even wrapped it for me in a way that the bouquet would hold up on my drive back to Miami. She is the sweetest lady and you can definitely tell she loves her craft. Fantastic experience: I was just driving by and noticed this little flower shop. So naturally I had to stopped in. I asked if they could make me a couple of arrangements for my loved ones that have passed, which they did lovingly on the spot. As well as giving such empathy and kindness while preparing the flowers. Also, I got a little arrangement for myself and one for a best friend, to let her know she is not alone during these difficult times... just to brighten her day a little. Oh and one last thing... I have never seen such a beautiful colored rose, so just had to get one for me. I am so thankful for the love and care they put into making these arrangements.

The store was able to do next day and same day deliveries like their name suggests. Their site was easy to navigate and owner Nisha was very professional and prompt in addressing a glitch I encountered. She sent pictures of the arrangement as requested in the special instructions, and had the order ready 1.5 hours before pick up time. The arrangement was beautiful and perfectly complimented a cake we bought. The recipient was pleasantly surprised. Negative experience: Flowers were old and stems dry. I should have gone to plubix. This was $30. Plus, tax and tip $33.30. Unreal! UPDATE: No, I did not explain they were beautiful. In fact, I was extremely disappointed. As you removed the ded petals right in front of me!! And yes, I could have done better at publix. You're lucky I'm not mentioning the conditions inside the shop!
