Negative experience: Attendant couldn’t even greet me and offer help! Will not come back!!

Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful. I use them all the time, when I want to make fresh arrangements myself. They are friendly and professional. I love the 4 leg (the dog) employee the most. The prices are great and the flowers are very fresh and last a long time. My mom received flowers from my cousin in NY on October 3, 2025. My cousin used My Flower Stand, I made sure I snip the ends and gave them fresh water and the majority of the arrangement lasted almost a month. If you want the best go to My Flower Stand.

Negative experience: Flowers are great. The price is a bit high, but that’s OK. The lady in the front desk need to be a bit more service while being with Customer.

Fantastic experience: Called and order for my mom! She loved them!! She said make sure you tell them how amazing the flowers and arrangement are !! So here’s a 5star review!!! They worked with me to take payment over the phone and overcame many technical issues. They were able to deliver within 2 hours of closing. Truly amazing!!

Negative experience: Always come here once a week to buy flowers because they got the best prices in the area! Purchased flowers today. They are double the price for everything for paper wrap and trimming. Lady at the counter, said the prices are rising. DEFINITELY won't be going here again! Definitely felt I was ripped off

Positive experience: Store is clean and pleasant, prices for the bunches are a little more on the pricey side. All staff are nice but there’s one young lady who’s a little stand off- ish maybe she picks and chooses but I knew something was off with her when she told the k9 to “shut up” when it’s not even her dog lol.

Fantastic experience: Since the day I stepped foot in this beautiful flower shop this is my one and only go to! The customer service is A1 and the flowers are so beautiful. Leonardo was so helpful and made a beautiful bouquet with everything I needed to make my occasion special. My Flower Stand will always be my go-to favorite flower shop.

Negative experience: Please, someone told me this family own place is been around for a long time and they have fresh flower. Well, sorry to say, Walmart have better flower than this location. Prices is way to expensive for flowers. They look great on the paper that raps them together and when you removed the plastic 60 % of the pedals fall of on the sunflower that i purchase. Please don't waste your money at this location.

Thankfully, Chris at My Flower Stand answered my call—even though they were closing in 15 minutes. He was kind, patient, and helped me pick the perfect arrangement. Negative experience: Tried to get the same exact flower build(picture below)that I bought one week ago for $69 tax in, they charge 104% more in mother day for the same thing, not professional or honest that all. Been buying here for a while you rather go to Al’s florist 2 minutes away.

Fantastic experience: Unbeknownst to us as my friend and I pulled in at 732p.m the place had closed at 7p.m. The owner had just pulled around to close the gate as we were pulling out. He asked what we needed and told him just a dozen roses for an event we had THE SAME NIGHT.... He sighed and then waved us back and said "go ahead".... He opened the closed shop for us. We ended up getting 2 dozen beautiful fresh roses. The customer service delivered was phenomenal. I recommend this place to anyone with floral needs. They also deliver!

Positive experience: This is my second time here. The main reason I decided to come back is because my flowers lasted so long when I cut, watered and put in my vase at home. Only down side is that I seen Jewish flag flower cards at the shop but no others. I’m Jamaican and I was buying flowers for a Haitian friend. Would’ve liked to see something that represented more than one culture/ group of people.

Fantastic experience: 02.12.24 First time there. Very welcoming. Clean, crisp decor with thousands of fresh flowers, buds, various accessories, and accents. Courteous, patient, and aim to please staff. Offering suggestions of arrangements for a reasonable price starting at @$55 + considering it was days before Valentine's and Sweetness Day. Limited delivery service, within 5 miles radius area. They try hard to cover the demand for floral products and be considerate of staff working extra hours to match customers' needs. I will pick up my arrangement tomorrow, 2/13/24. Yes, I Picked up late in the evening of 2.13.24 at 6 p.m. so❤️ 2.14.24 I called the next morning and said I'd return the next day late in p.m. to get a replacement balloon . The other one was defective and was flat. It was deflated. I had a late errands/traffic craze type of day and they let me get a replacement without bringing the arrangement back w/the deflated balloon. Truly great service. Most definitely will return. Fantastic experience: My husband ordered a nice arrangement for me for my birthday. When it first arrived, it seemed to look fine, but after a very short time, it quickly began to wilt. I contacted the manager about my dissatisfaction, and was pleasantly surprised as to their prompt action to remedy the situation. They were very professional and responsive and made us whole. We’re chalking it up to a glitch and a bit of miscommunication, and we would be happy to give them a 2nd opportunity in the future to provide their services due to the professionalism shown in dealing with our complaint.

They had no idea what type of flowers they wanted and less than 24 hours to find them. Jennifer came through for us big time! My fiancé buys me flowers from here and has become cool with the owner, who is a very awesome dude with great taste. He is someone who takes the time to help customers make the right selection. Fantastic experience: This flower shop is one of a kind, very friendly people, great attitude. I called last minute to have them make and deliver a flower arrangement for a funeral. I called them at 12 and asked them how fast they could make us an arrangement and deliver it to Fred hunter funeral home down the street from them because the service was at 12:30 and they asked me if it was for a man or a woman, I said a man and they told me they had a beautiful tropical arrangement that they could get it ready and deliver it right away. Well they got it delivered right before 12:30 perfect timing. Will use them from now on, well hopefully not for another funeral but rather for happy occasions and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks again guys for the great service and promptness.

Jennifer is really helpful with giving me ideas on what flowers go well together (thank you Jennifer). They have a large selection of flowers that are always fresh, beautiful and last a really long time. I bought these sunflowers and I took these pictures when I had them over a week and they looked perfect. I decided on the irises today. I can't recommend them enough.
