Judy took my order and I told here what I wanted with bright cheery colors and the flowers came out beautiful. Everyone at the viewing complemented on how beautiful they were. Thank you so much. Fantastic experience: To say the customer service is outstanding, is almost an understatement. My best friend was having major surgery, in Florida , and I was not able to be with her, as I am in North Carolina. I chose Joan’s Florist blindly, and they went above and beyond to assist me. They contacted me several times to confirm date and delivery information, and when they learned how upset I was that I could not be there, told me they would take extra care with my arrangement and assured me it would be lovely. I was even sent a video of the arrangement! They exceeded my expectations, and made the very stressful situation a little easier. I spend the winter in Fort Lauderdale, and this will be my go to florist from now on! This was my first order, and I was treated like a preferred customer , not a new one! Don’t hesitate to make a call, as I’m sure you will be treated like I was! The product they deliver is exceptional,and the cost is very reasonable.

Negative experience: I just ordered from here for my mom's bday , they called and told me they were missing certain flowers , than they send me something else which didn't look nice at all. I asked to swap out the ugly flowers but they said these were comparable to what I ordered, but the flowers were all closed, and looked sad.... anyways they took it open themself to refund me, instead trying to find an option for me, sorry mom no flowers on your bday!

Fantastic experience: I called Joan’s Florist for a formal arrangement in honor of my uncle. I explained we wanted something for a table, and the ideal color scheme was white flowers and some greenery. The flowers were delivered on time, and far exceeded my expectations! Fantastic experience: Last year i ordered a center piece for my sister who loves Christmas and when she got it she couldn’t believe how beautiful it was especially since i waited till the last minute. Well i ordered another one from you for her again, i knew that she wouldn’t have any decorations up because she had just been released from the hospital…well you didn’t disappoint she called me crying saying how absolutely beautiful it was. Apparently it was huge cause it was pretty long and i know how long that table is and of course the smell was what she said she needed!!!! They did not have the one I have seen on their website but helped me and ended having one more beautiful than the one I had seen. Fantastic experience: This is my go to florist. Debbie is amazing to work with and she’s able to make my visions come to life over just a phone call! If they don’t have a flower in stock that I’m looking to add to an arrangement she’ll work with me to either find a supplier that can deliver it in time or will offer an alternate flower that looks super similar and is so most cases is even better than what I envisioned! Every arrangement comes out amazing and every family member who has received one falls in love with the cute butterfly and ladybug details and love/care they give to every arrangement! Her birthday is today, and Debbie is the kindest, most helpful, and sweetest florist staff ever. There were no excuses or delays, just generous and thoughtful suggestions on the arrangement with the delivery completed SAME DAY! I could not ask for better service and reasonable costs than Joan's Florist.....simply outstanding and exceptional.

Negative experience: They can write as many fake reviews as they want about "Debbie" . They hired a marketing company to clean up their reviews How do I know that? Because Joan's Florist is the worst florist I have had the displeasure to call. My experience was very different from these reviews. The person on the phone hardly spoke English. They sent the flowers to the wrong address. When the flowers finally got there it was a tiny bouquet for the money I spent. The flowers in the bouquet were not even what I ordered. This type of experience was related over and over in the previous reviews. Unless this company was sold I would stay away. My previous review along with many others has disappeared. While I appreciate your response, I assure you, I did order from you. It was the worst flower experience of my life. I am 65 years old and have ordered flowers all my life. Your hiring a company to clean up your reviews can not mask what you did to me. Your mothers day note read, "Happy motors day", because your hired someone who did not speak English. I told you immediately about the fact that the order was not right and your representative said they would get back to me. No one ever got back to me. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: No I am not your competitor writing a "fake review". But thank you for your delusional and dishonest response. Yes it was more than a year ago that I placed my order. And you had my review removed. So, I rewrote it. The experience I had was so bad, that I wanted to be sure that my review lived on. If you have made improvements, telling me and everyone what improvements you have made would be a more appropriate response than what you wrote to me. That was disgraceful. Accountability goes a long way in customers' perceptions.

They keep the lobby of my office looking beautiful by bringing me an orchid arrangement every other month. I just text Debbie when it’s ready to be refreshed & they have a new arrangement there by the next day. When a good friend of mine passed last year I sent Debbie a list of all of my friends favorite things & they put together a spray that was so beautiful & fitting. The arrangement even had butterflies, which my friend loved. It was done in such a tasteful & elegant way. We use Joan’s Florist exclusively for all our office clients & personal floral needs. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a Florist in the Hollywood Florida area and I asked Siri where the nearest Florist was and several came up; Joans Florist seemed to resinate with me because that's my beautiful Aunts name so I went with Joan's. The minute I walked in I was greeted by the woman at the front desk. She greeted me as if she knew me. When I told her I was there to get some flowers for a Funeral she took my hand and paid her condolences. Her name is Nancy. Nancy introduced me to the owner, Debbie. Debbie also greeted me like we were family and paid her condolences as well. I ended up getting a couple different arrangements and when we were ready to walk out the door, Debbie surprised us with 2 beautiful pink/orange roses to take with us. I have visited florists before but this experience I will never forget. I was blown away after seeing the arrangements at the Funeral Home the next day. They were absolutely beautiful. I have Joan's Florist in my speed dial. There will be no other in my book. You will not be disappointed I guarantee you that. Fantastic experience: Joan’s Florist is the BEST. Yesterday, I received yet another vase of flowers from them and it exceeded all previous orders. I should have taken the time to review them earlier but “life” got in the way. If you are looking for excellently arranged floral pieces with healthy flowers, look no further.
