Fantastic experience: The flowers were freshly cut and the arrangements we sooooo beautiful. I went in the shop and was allowed to browse freely and comfortably. The employees are very cordial and quite helpful. Fantastic experience: Boris always goes above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for! Honestly one of the best flower shops I’ve been to. I keep coming back every time I need flowers and they never disappoint. The selection is huge, fresh, and the prices are actually really reasonable. You can see from the moment you walk in that they put real care into what they stock. Mixed bouquets for $7, bigger arrangements for $20, and everything looks beautiful. The store itself is bright and well organized, lots of variety whether you want something simple or something more elaborate. Tatiana flowers is just one of those places that feels like a hidden gem but deserves way more recognition. Once the flowers were selected, the gentleman in the back took over and did a fantastic job arranging them. He evenly spread the flowers so that every bloom really stood out. Positive experience: Wasn’t worth the money I paid at all “Tried to make a special gift for a friend and the flowers fell apart from the wrap I asked to get fixed.” I was very nice and ask and still left felling they didn’t care of how their worked looked. Sad to see that the two young people that I spoke to didn’t care a drop of what they were doing. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I feel this experience deserves attention in hopes that things improve. When you're working in customer service, welcoming customers and providing a positive experience should be a priority. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit. I asked if my flowers could be wrapped properly, and I was given a flat "no" without explanation. It felt dismissive, especially since I was paying for a service and had a simple request. On top of that, the employees all seemed tense, with serious expressions, as if they had been arguing. It didn’t feel like a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, the wrap they applied fell off as I was leaving. When I went back to ask for a simple fix, it seemed like too much of a bother for them. I wasn’t asking for something extra for free; I just wanted the wrap to stay on, but I ended up leaving with it falling off again. In contrast, Publix has consistently offered much better customer service in their floral department. I was hoping to make someone feel special, but the experience was a letdown. I’ll be sticking with Publix and other florar places I know from now on for flowers. Regret the money I spent here

Fantastic experience: First time stopping in was 2 weeks ago, I had to carry my 1 year old son in the store. Ceasar not only helped me pick out a nice arrangement, he gave me $10 off for being a first time customer. He then also noticed my hands were full so he walked the flowers out to my car and placed them in the front seat for me. Amazing flowers, great price, and outstanding customer service. Never going to field of flowers again, I will see you soon Ceasar as this will be my new home for all my flowers.

Negative experience: I hate to leave a bad review for a small business.... but the first time I shopped here about 10 years ago, the customer service was fantastic and helpful, the flowers fresh, and prices low. I've gone twice in the last year and I was barely acknowledged, the flowers were dying, in cheap vases and the prices were up. Today 2 associates stood at the front, carrying on a conversation as if there were no customers. I said hello and got barely a nod. There are so many pleasant floriss in the area, so this will be my last trip here.
