For a little background—I’m a personal assistant to a man who is deeply in love with his wife, and she adores flowers. Bouquets, arrangements, peonies… you name it, she loves it. We initially started with a smaller arrangement, and from the moment it arrived, I was blown away. It was incredibly fragrant, delicate, and luxurious. Right then, I knew Peonika would be the only choice for Valentine’s Day. The experience was seamless. The staff was extremely accommodating, and the owner is absolutely wonderful. Honestly, the entire team was incredible and went above and beyond to make my boss’s Valentine’s vacation truly special. We ordered four different arrangements in varying colors, plus one show-stopping, extra-special bouquet of 500 roses for Valentine’s Day. Her reaction said it all. She shared that in her 20 years of marriage, this was the most beautiful floral arrangement her husband had ever given her. Coming from someone with impeccable taste, that says everything. Peonika didn’t just deliver flowers—they helped create a memory in a marriage that’s still going strong after two decades. We will definitely be ordering again when they return to Sunny Isles Beach. Negative experience: Preciously 5 stars, my last two orders have been late and they have not been responsive to calls/texts/dm's. Promised by 2pm on Valentine's day. It's 3pm and still nothing. No call, they don't answer when I call. Pretty flowers at a premium price but I guess you have to order them a day before you actually want them. I won't be back after a huge let down on Valentine's day. Very disappointed and embarrassed that my loved one thinks I forgot her on Valentine's day and my daughter on her birthday. So it's not just like a Valentine's day rush, they can't handle orders... They used to be so good.

Most notably, there were no peonies available—a glaring oversight for a flower shop with "Peonika" in its name. The overall experience left much to be desired, and it didn’t feel worth the time or effort. There’s certainly room for improvement in terms of meeting customer expectations and delivering on what the shop name implies.

Negative experience: I was given two bouquets, one for March 8th and the second for my birthday on March 9th - I am very upset that my flowers from your salon on the 4th day look like 2 weeks have passed. Although I followed the instructions and trimmed the flowers and sprinkled fertilizer. It was beautiful, which made me happy, but it really upset me that it looks so bad now. The only thing that is good is the white rose - all the other flowers are bad.

Positive experience: Received a gorgeous flower arrangement from this store for my birthday, and while it was certainly very impressive, unfortunately the roses and even the eucalyptus arranged in the sponge/foam in the box started wilting and dying within just 3 days. That was disappointing as technically the arrangements should last longer than the traditional bouquets. There were no care instructions attached. I had to take the arrangement apart and put the flowers into separate vases to be able to enjoy them a little bit longer.
